How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within the EU takes 4-7 business days after dispatch. Worldwide delivery takes 7-14 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on all EU orders over 75 EUR. For orders under 75 EUR, standard shipping costs 4.99 EUR.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. EU customers also benefit from the 14-day cooling-off period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Are the locks TSA approved?

Yes. Our suitcases are fitted with 3-dial TSA combination locks, so airport security can inspect your luggage without damaging it. The factory code is 0-0-0 and you can set your own code in seconds.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel door to door.

Which payment methods do you accept?
